The paper submission is closed and the committee has already selected the ones to give a talk and the ones to present a poster.
Information for the authors
- Templates:
Poster:
A0 portrait size or two A1 landscape size.
Each author or group of authors will be responsible for printing the poster and bringing it to the venue.
The poster should be also delivered in a pdf format, so that it will be online accessible to the audience during the Symposium.
New due Date for the pdf [after request]: November 22nd 23.59 CET
December 3rd late afternoon: designated time to pin up your poster, however it will also be possible to pin up Monday morning.

Presentation:
The authors should deliver a PowerPoint file.
Your presentation should last maximum 10 mins. Please prepare the number of the slides accordingly. [approx. 10 slides the first and last slide of the template are not considered]
All files will be gathered in one master powerpoint file, and the production will run it.
